Please note that we cannot provide a refund or replacement when an incorrect size is selected or incorrect measurements are submitted. Order Cancellations We understand that plans can change. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and can no longer be canceled. Damaged or Incorrect Items We carefully inspect every item before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
